Yes, you can activate the DLC on litsuha. Even in two different ways. I can give you a link to the topic in one forum where all this is. But only in a personal. And you need to know English. I broke into digging the whole topic in search of an unlocker for you.
On the last pages of the forum thread, people write that it is very difficult to find working links / torrents on the DLC. So I hope you already have the files.
