Where are the saves? (Starbound)

I played pirate and liked the game, so I bought a litsuha. I transferred the saves from the pirate from the Starbount Players folder to litsuha, I go into the game, everything is in place, except for my ship. He found himself in another planetary system, and in addition to this, all completed missions were thrown off. So the question is, how can I return the ship coordinates and completed missions?
