The issue was resolved by contacting support, they sent new keys to people. It was the same for me too - the key that came with the disk is now invalid, it won't let you go online with it, the endless inscription "the server is not available ..."; they sent me a new key. So maybe you have the same situation. Only now it is useless to write to the support, now it does not work.
