Fps and integrated graphics (Pro Evolution Soccer 2016)

Greetings.
I bought a new laptop, it was 60 fps in the past, it didn't freeze, etc.
On the new video card the integrated (win7)
Pes settings says the following: amd radeon r5 graphics ps5.0 / vs5.0 - Good
Vram 512 MB Shared 1.5GB - Bad
In the game time fps is usually 25-40, but there are times when for 15-20 seconds the game stops lagging and shows its 60 fps, or if you select "repeat" in the menu during lags, the screen turns black, I exit the replay and again there are no lags. Does anyone know how to "extend" the game without lags? Or maybe the link will throw where else to ask?
