Help define the character.

I am collecting information about all Russian characters in games, and then I came across such a picture. May, of course, from the Borderlands. And who is the second? I looked through Google, it looks like Mira Khan from Starcraft. But Vicki doesn't say anything about her being Russian. Then why such a bikini color?
