Map authors and rating. (Far Cry 4)

Dear players and creators of additional maps! First, a huge thank you to the map creators! Well done boys!!! Waste time, etc. Almost every day I look through and go through a lot of what you have created. And everything would be fine, but there are many nuances that, as it seems to me, should be taken into account by the developers and us:
A star rating is a complete shnyaga. Let me explain. Any player can like or dislike this or that card. However, the level of the players is very different. Therefore, “what is good for a Russian is for…. - death. " In other words, I open the map with 5 stars and there is nothing interesting there. Normal shooting range. I pass easily, without interest. I am no show-off. But I have 2200 hours. For example, I am interested in maps with complex solutions (solutions). Not quests, not stupid hardcore (although some people also know how to make hardcore cool). Let's take for consideration the maps of the author Nervus. In my opinion, the guy is just great! His under-rating from stars is solely due to inexperienced players. As a result, Nervus is demotivated to create new maps. I often simply do not put an assessment on rating maps (although the map is not interesting for me). I do not bet for the sake of users, to whom it is interesting and for the sake of the authors themselves. But here it is rather a proposal for developers to change the card rating system. For example, rank players by the number of hours into three categories (up to 100, up to 1000 and over 1000) or otherwise. Then the author of the map will not be left without recognition and will know exactly for which target group he is working.
Developers should, as it seems to me, monetize the creation and passing of maps. How to do this is not an easy question, but it can be solved. Personally, I'm ready to pay for every awesome card like Attac on Outpost ... I don't remember the exact name (I'm not writing from home). I'm ready to pay 10 bucks for such a card. What if other power users pay 10 besides me? There will be super motivation .... The rest is later - it's time to run.
