Duriel is missing (Diablo 2)

In general, the situation is this: I play as a paladin, duriel killed all the time, stopped trying for about a month. Yesterday and today I return to the tomb, but there is no passage in the tomb (or I donâ€™t remember there anymore) I climbed the whole tomb, my nerves are already starting to fail .. the signs by which you remember are not reliable. :-) it looks like the map has been updated for some reason and now you have a different sign. and from the portal it is in the other direction. therefore I beg you to check the sign of the kosher tomb in the quests. :-)
