Desiny and PS +. Need advice =) (Destiny)

Good day)
Guys, I want to try Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition on PS4 with a friend. Naturally you need a PS + subscription.
But I now live in Bulgaria, and here the subscription is sold only for the Bulgarian PS store, you need to create a new profile. It's okay.
But after a couple of months I leave for Russia, where for online I will need a Russian PS +
Can I continue the game from the same profile, but with a subscription to another store? If not, will you have to replay the game? Saves seem to be tied to profiles. Or not?
Please explain how it works. =)
