Datacenter IP addresses banned (Warcraft 3)

Hello. I have been hosting bots host for many years, I decided to connect to the Rubatl, I ran into a problem, the login crashes after authorization.

Rented VDS on another server, copied the bot there, nothing crashes.

On the main server, I tested different IP addresses, in different ranges, perhaps once these addresses belonged to other projects, they got a ban. Who can I contact?
