Constantly have to turn on mods (Fallout 4)

I think I'm not the first who faced such a problem, for a long time I could not understand why the mods did not work and then I remembered that there is a modification section, and every time I enter F4 I have to go to the modification section and re-enable it for at least 2 minutes.
Installed through Fallout4ModManager mods for garbage disposal and more guns in boxes.

stalker_leha Update
Nexus Mod Manager to the current version
or add it manually to plugins.txt * before each mod.
plugins.txt in C: Users ***** AppData Local Fallout4
So for example:
Spoiler * DLCRobot.esm
* DLCworkshop01.esm
* DLCCoast.esm
* DLCworkshop02.esm
* DLCworkshop03.esm
* SpringCleaning.esm
* New Landscape Grass.esp
* SC_ExpandedScrapList.esp
* SanctStoneWall 2.0.esp

And I have a repack and no problems.

I run it through NMM and no problems, which I advise you too

nmm use it once. And after you manually add asterisks to plugins.txt put it in "read-only" (which will have to be removed when installing new mods)

an asterisk (*) in front of the mod file name in plugins.txt
