I have a weak video card, but a good enough percentage (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

This is the case, the computer should be good enough. 8-core (each core 3.4 GHz) I7 2600 3.8 GHz. 8 GB of RAM (for now), but Gts 240. So, is it possible to bypass DX 11 to turn on the game, and how much will it hang, Well, or will it be playable at least at low?

Are you kidding me? Such a vidyaha with such a percentage? One processor will not do all the work, upgrade the video card to a newer one.
There is no sense in such a powerful processor, if you have such a video.
