Static field and shivering armor (Diablo 2)
Is it advisable to find it on a single blizz magpie or a ray of all this on some gray staff under the call to arms?Certainly not a static field, but an energic shield. Confused.

you were given a triangular medal with a dedication signature for them, what is dissatisfied with XD

knocked out this one)
there are still: 2Sorc + 1ES, 2ES (2soket), Staff 1Sorc + 1Ench 20FCR

It doesn't work.
What is needed is a staff, for 4 runes (you can use 5 runes, but it is cheaper). You are looking for the right fashion, for 3s 2s I would pay quite a lot.

Shiver Armor freeze duration: 4 seconds
but I have enough Frozen armor since I also use Glacial Spike

I thought it was slower there only and not freezing Mobs as in frozen. I'll have to try. By the way, I have that unique belt with a blizzard - it also has a shiver - is it better, then, this belt is sore? Arah, as I understand it, is needed where the caste (such as a light sortie) has a lot - is it only a teleport? (And even then when I put on tg - much more calmness and confidence when flying on the same souls arises - maybe if I get a sufficient number of skillers and nw and df - then I can do with dmg from dancing and wear tg)

like yes, slowdown, so I choose Frozen, but for some reason here many are drooling at Shiva, probably due to the best armor bonus for blocking with a shield

So frozen armor is better - only it freezes enemies?
FA procs after hitting and freezes, SA procs on attack and slows down. It is up to you to decide what is more important for you: stop the trapped mob or slow down a few on the swing. The duration of the freeze / chill is cut to hell by 4 times, also depends on the cold cut.

only to teleport?
Any cast animation for Sora depends on FKR, but it does not lower CD blizzard, of course.

Well, there is purely def - the block chance is not affected. By the way, is there a merk on Boise - with an aura of cold def or mite? It seems that the frozen aura is better because you slow down even the cold immunes - I still have the boss - he usually replaced it with a cold already under 90 lvl - so that the chance of hitting the monsters of hell dropped enough already, and not 50 +%
passed
In builds I usually just meet arah recommendations - even for blizzards - not coldclash (or whatever this belt is called with +2 blizzards +2 shiver). How quickly to throw blizzards in pvp is, again, probably mostly significant - the speed of casting blizzards in pvm did not notice and has no difference.

so the value of protection rises, therefore, the chance of a block, look at the characteristics with and without armor,
but personally I am without dexterity, so I don’t care, my task is not to hit me, and if they do, they will stop and I will run away or I see that in general there are no problems,
but there are mobs that are not koldimmuns, but they cannot be frozen, for example, Bonefetish (or dolls) - they are yadimmuns and do not freeze, but they must be killed at a distance, otherwise they explode upon death and close almost all HP are removed, so only a teleport and a dimmer save them from them, so that they stop on it
The def is checked first, then the block. Of course, a larger defense is better, but the difference in% is insignificant (especially under the Shout) and it all comes down to mechanics (chill before or freeze after).
Merck for blizzards, ofc, mait. But at first, in a bumzhegir, def / hf will do.
rambler87, RomanDII, when I was a noob, I flew with frozen armor, then I read the post on the forums, it passed that the slate was steeper, I began to use it and somehow immediately felt .. involvement in some secret, or something .. and that my level of play came out on a new one .. well, they came out))
In d2, the mechanics of armor are flawed. Def 0 does not give any penalties on hit: C As well as the fact that over-high armor still does not make a Persian immortal - block + 30-40% miss from armor is more kosher than 80-90% protection.
The only difference is if the block is slow - then with 10k armor playing somehow immediately becomes more comfortable.
Obsessed
there is a new event on the forum - the firm runs, writes to everyone in a personal, asks - what is the construction of XD
