Pirate DLC and License (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Is it possible to connect DLC from pirates in this way and play with them on litsuh.

1) Any DLC can be connected as mods and played with them on the litsuh, it's checked. I just installed DLC from a pirate on the license and launched a map that required DLC (naturally absent on my license)
