Constant freezes. (Saints Row 4)

The problem is this - the game constantly freezes for 10 seconds. This happens everywhere in the menu, in the game itself, in the zu. I just installed the game yesterday, yesterday everything was ice played for 6 hours - everything was ice. Help, or I'll go crazy soon.
