Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I installed Windows 10 Pro 64 bit yesterday. Windows delivered all the latest updates - there was no conflict with KMS. There are no problems with the operation of this OS, so far everything seems to be fine. But there is one but. Sometimes the start menu does not work, the shortcuts on the desktop become inactive, the pcm does not work. It is treated with the usual restart of the explorer. Tell me what could be wrong? Or is it ok for Windows 10 now?

It was a very long time ago, at the start of the 10th. I don't remember how I treated it, there is a chance that it goes away by itself. Something like a glitch that manifests itself only on a clean system. It's strange that they never fixed it. Googled how I got around it.
UPD: I remembered one interesting detail - I used to actively use the auslogics software (Boost speed), and so it happened when using their registry cleaner. Most likely a coincidence, but still, pay attention.
