HDR seems as if does not change, and expands the dynamic range. That is, those areas that are white be even whiter and the dark darker. Well, in short, the contrast is increasing and all, but it's overall a good sort of thing. Normal honest HDR is not yet in the mass segment TV and monitors. The technology is still in development and far from perfect. While this is only marketing.

correct chdr the idea dolzhon to improve lighting effects such as reflection and glow, the actual light brightness in a logarithmic compression of the range in consequence of which the surface should look more detailed on the difference of light and dark, plus to give more accurate data for the tracing and Sadyrov
but in games more often in absentia is not correct acdir with normal color buffer and under chdr refers chdr card is the reflection of the sky, color correction and the effect of adaptation of the eye peck-peck

In the wrong games, he's at best 8bit, and if at all, such as in Kingdom Come, ЕТЅ2, Metro: Exodus, well, etc.

What's right and wrong game? 8-bit or 10-bit like the matrix parameters of the monitor.

in mass effect it seems that 12-bit and would like to see Nada corresponding the monitor otherwise it's the usual postprocess
PA the idea chdr must be the fundamental basis for rendering in 16 and 32 bit depth buffer and the color plus texture maps preferably

. What is the right or wrong game? 8,10, 12 bits are parameters of the matrix.

Here you write

This color settings, which should support matrix monitor, video card, and content. If you have a matrix of the content and 8bit, as they should show a 10-bit wide a range?
They don't show you in the best case, the picture more contrast, such as Dolby Vision, or even just added black color to the text like in Kingdom Come and ЕТЅ2.
