Help find the game.

For a very long time (2004-2008) I played the game. I remember a little about her. It was a first person shooter. The menu in the game as a whole (or only when choosing a mission) was red. You could choose weapons and partners (2). Even when you choose a mission, you can see what kind of boss will be (the boss had some ability). I remember two missions from the game:
1) You are in a camp, soldiers are training not far from you, and you need to go to a person and get a task from him (I vaguely remember the rest).
2) You are landing in the snow-capped mountains and next to you is an enemy outpost.
I also remember that in this game you could get into robots (massive ones, but not really big ones). They all had iron armor, which could be repaired in terminals sticking out of the walls.
