Army Organization (Hearts of Iron 4)

Actually, I'm playing for the Communist States of America. Captured all of America, landed in Africa in order to beat the Italians and then hello to you. The organization of the army does not rise above 10 (supply more or less), my army of 150 divisions is calmly held by Italians with 30-40 divisions, and they do not sweat. I tried to wait, throw atomic bombs. Nifiga.
The actual question is: how is the organization restored and how can it be lowered from the enemy?

well, as you said, "more or less supply" has a very strong effect on this. Can you imagine what it is like to feed 150 divisions on a small piece of the map, and even overseas?) There is only one varik here, land fewer divisions so that there is enough supply for everyone.
The organization of the enemy can be lowered by constant attacks, or by attacks from different directions, i.e. taken into the cauldron. If you attack only from one side, then it is better to divide into several groups and attack in turn. So that while you attack with the last detachment, the first will already restore the already stunted organization.
Even there is already a towel of text, but LAN. Bombers can also help, they exhaust the army well.

right now, in a small region, 150 divisions to feed the
AI, yes, land only in naval bases.

, figure out how the supply works. There is an iron minimum for each province, which is increased by infrastructure (there is an exact formula on the official wiki). Supply goes from major cities and ports along rails to other provinces, like a chain.
If one link in the chain is poorly developed (there are few roads), then the hawka will go further along the chain as much as this weak link is capable of transmitting.

When I plan to land on another continent, I first land the Marines in as many ports as I can get over 100%. As soon as the opportunity arises, I finish building them to the maximum. Then I seize the airfield and land the main forces. They immediately go to a large city (the corridor is protected, and the marines guard the perimeter of the ports and the airport).
I don’t use bombers because I’ll rebuild the broken roads later, but the enemy usually feeds well anyway.

There was one exception, when in Mexico I messed with the US doomstaks: there were maybe 150 of them there (against my 30) - I deployed a defense line in the mountains, set up the bunkers all the way and left my own to fortify. While the doomstacks were rolling up to me - they smashed the infrastructure tightly with atomic bombs - they began to die little by little. All, of course, did not die out, but they could not pierce me either and had to constantly return their forces to replenish supplies. In the meantime, I calmly landed right at their house in another corps.
