Bug with quest \ "Number one \" (Cyberpunk 2077)

I came across this quest and decided to go through, it turned out to be beyond my strength, they were stupidly killed. I decided to pump up a little and go again to carry out that quest (the blind man left lying somewhere on the ground), I start the quest, I arrive at the place, the quest point points to the entrance to some kind of box, but there is no nichrome, the second point shows underground, but at the same time moves relative to me, in the end there is no blind man, and I don’t know how to finish the quest. If someone has a console command for flying, or there to complete a quest, or just your own decision, please help.
