Problems with saves (Anno 1800)

Good time :) Faced the problem of loading a saved gameplay. That is, there are saves in the load menu, but when you try to load them, they do not work. You have to look for a working file, and usually it rolls back progress for an hour or two, which starts to infuriate :) Maybe someone came across this?
Yubi chat is not working yet, everyone is on vacation, damn it :)
