Some games won't launch. Windows 7
The fact is that recently I bought myself a new computer and reinstalled Windows, installed 7, 64bit. Well, I'm thinking about downloading a couple of such new games. I downloaded the witcher 3, dying light and installed them. I tried to run it but nothing happened that the first one and the second one and the same problem. When dying light starts, it first pops up something like a logo where dying light is written, and in the witcher it seems to start only a black screen and the program stops working. That's basically the whole problem. SpecificationsPasta4
Where did you go, write though, I understood everything, I took the link, I’m downloading, I’m not going to sit here all night

It's okay with your vidyuha, it's not the top, of course, but for the listed games it will do. On my 570th, the witcher was fine on average. dying light without any problems at
all: by the way - did you take a new computer? or boo? If you will, test the hardware for stress to immediately eliminate these issues
So much flooded, but in general 0. Campaign for games will come down, I'm 85% sure that the problem is in the crooked software. Option 2: you go and download a new face-to-face Windows from an off site, put it on a clean railway, install drivers, codecs, wait for the Windows to roll over all the updates, then roll a crack on the axle from above, then put the games and be sure! you let them install the direct and visual libraries. You start up and play.
The second option: sit and re-download and manually install the Dotnet framework libraries (preferably all versions, xs which repackers could cut when assembling Windows, this is often done), packages of dx and visual libraries and pray that this would help. Everything is on the melkosoft sites or on the rutracker.
If the hardware troubles are of no help here.
In short, I suggest you the following plan of action: you go to the point org root tracker, you go there, look for this: "Windows 7 Maximum Ru x86-x64 Orig w.BootMenu by OVGorskiy® 06.2016 (32/64 bit)". This is the assembly that I have, everything works fine, installs without problems in half an hour. You roll it separately, in order: a driver for your motherboard, a driver for a vidyuhu, DirectX, Visual C ++. If this does not help, try to take another vidyuha from your friends, test it.
So. I reinstalled Windows, as the above people advised me. I updated it to 10, the firewood itself got up, but when the application starts, the error is now different, or rather 0xc000007b. I was looking for solutions and found that I need to update the direct, which I don't fucking install. I tried to run the installation file of the direct on behalf of the admin, but nothing came of it, the error is ode and the same. Error type "An internal system error has occurred." There are also logs in which it is written what the error is, but unfortunately I cannot find them

Very bad. New games could, in theory, require specific processor technologies. BUT, here's a simple set of what your processor doesn't have:
Intel® vPro ‡, Trusted Execution ‡
But, these are just security technologies.
ZY I compared with the fact that on my i5 4670 Crisis (Warh / 2/3) goes without problems.
