If in all games this is the normal temperature of the chip.
1. Try to cleanly reinstall the driver.
2. Check the thermal interface of the memory chips (thermal pads).
Either the drivers are screwing up, or the temperature is high (chips or memory), or already malfunctions at the iron level.
If the memory bank or the chip moves off, then you can't do anything yourself, only the service.

The memory on video cards must be checked using MATS / MODS (this cannot be done in OCCT or 3D MARK).
