Weapons won't open (Call of Duty: Warzone)

I reached level 66 (50 regular levels and 16 levels of 1 prestige). And I had a bug, weapons do not open, for example, DMR-14, Diamatti and others.
Firstly, weapons do not open, as mentioned above. Saw that DMR-14 and Diamatti were supposed to open at level 49, but they are not in the weapon selection. The Tactical rifles section is generally closed (the lock is hanging).
Secondly, I have not purchased a Battle Pass, but I gain levels without it and free rewards are not issued. I have a Battle Pass level of 23 and should have already gotten the free MAC-10 and other weapons, but they are not on the list to create a kit.
Thirdly, the text "Free" is hanging in my store, although I have already looked through it many times and there is nothing free there, all offers are paid.
How to fix it?
