Saves disappeared (Zombie Army 4: Dead War)

A similar situation was six months ago - after reinstalling Windows, all progress in the game was lost and I spat, tk. I do not want to go through everything together with the DLC. I suppose that the EGS client stores user data in games on a computer, and not on servers, because I cannot think of any other explanations and this happened for the first time with this part of the series. It would be better released on steam ...
