Word 2010, the document is on vin10

A couple of days ago I accidentally spilled coffee on my laptop. After that, it worked fine without any consequences. I installed a couple of applications to test my computer, tested it, everything is fine. Today I opened a file in Word 2010 and saw a message - I can not open dock or dox files.
Other files open without problems.
