Altar on Craig's Cliff. Problem. (Grim Dawn)

Can't activate the altar on Craig's Cliff (number 6 on the general map). For the offering, as I understand it, two chipped claws are needed. I have several of them in my inventory, but the "Bring" sign is still inactive. Anyone know what's the matter?
