Troop Experience Question (Total War: Attila)
I pumped the army up to the first golden mark (almost all units), but after several moves of inactivity they disappeared, as if hired green recruits ... it's a shame that the rule "you can't drink experience" does not work, can it only be so for me?7 Comments

For example, I did not notice this. I play for VRI and there are troops on the border with ZRI (since the hordes swoop down on this very border) And none of the armies lost the experience gained both during the battles and during the training as a warrior

Most likely, after each battle, you picked up troops from the defeated. The tip says that be careful, you have to look at the stripes of the vanquished, i.e. if those who survived don't have bites, they will replace your fighters, i.e. if, for example, your squad has golden stripes, then after recovering from the defeated novices, your stripes will disappear.
