Mute the sound played through the microphone

It so happens that when you communicate with someone via: conferences, skype, discord, etc. If you want to turn on music in your player as a background, or video - and they are broadcast through the microphone to all other participants in the conference. In order for this not to happen, you should do what will be described later.

In the Realtek settings:
"Mute the rear output device when connecting the front"
"Separate all input jacks as independent input devices".
