Quest bug: Order: Altered state of consciousness (Cyberpunk 2077)

I killed all the enemies, accidentally shot at the equipment and died, respawned at the control point, I shoot at the equipment - it does not explode, although the mark shows exactly there. Restarting save and game didn't help. Everything went except for this order.
