Error 14: -1 in Origin

As you know, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 started givingaway on the Epic Games Store 2 days ago.
I clicked "Get", click on the game to download, writes "Wait while we install Origin". I waited half an hour, tried again - again "Wait ...".
Okay, I decided to download it myself. I downloaded the installer, run it, it pops up this window:



Already climbed the forums, deleted 5 times folders from AppData and Roaming from Local - nothing helps.
Before that, Origin was already installed (about a year ago, then deleted), everything worked fine
