Spontaneous monitor shutdown

Because of what maybe, here I am playing a game, for example, after which the monitor turns off, and turns on and throws it on the desktop, and not only with the game, let's say I'm sitting in YouTube, also on the monitor there is a black screen, as if it is turned off, and then throws a normal one, but in YouTube it writes a reproduction error an error code. What to do ?
