Startup problem (Black Desert Mobile)

After the next update, I can not enter the game. It was updated on two devices, iPhone XR, iPad Pro (that is, the hardware is not old). After updating from the iPad, it is not possible to enter the game, it loads the first picture (before choosing a server) and immediately closes the application.
