CryoFall game won't launch on Steam (CryoFall)

I bought it on the incentive CryoFall, downloaded it, and started to install it. It seems to be installed, the launch starts (it can be seen that the steam shows that I am already in the game), but immediately that I am in the game disappears. Nothing started. I run it again and it re-installs the Microsoft VC Redist Package. It starts up again and crashes. How to fix? By the way, the hardware pulls, there is no antivirus program on the PC at all.
