Freezit (Forza Horizon 3)

Hello! I decided to install Forza Horizon 3. Previously, the game worked at medium or low at 1080p, I do not remember the last time I played in 2017 (Video card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, processor: i5 4440.8GB of RAM) Everything is fine in the menu when I stand on place 30-40 fps and at medium and low (at any screen resolution) But when I try to go drawdowns up to 1-20 fps. Help me please!

Forgot to mention that in Forza Horizon 4 everything works perfectly at medium settings.

What does the monitor show in the task manager?

I have all applications closed, xs why so much RAM is busy
when I play other video games there is no such load, although I use many applications when I play

Open the resource monitor - memory and see what the memory is used for.
