Looking for an old PSN account (Playstation 3)

You need an old (until 2017) PSN account, on which the nickname has not changed.
For playing Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3.

In short: on new accounts, the progress in BO multiplayer is discarded every time you enter the game.
In MW3, it is impossible to play on such accounts in principle.
