Aiming issues (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

I sin on updating Win10, because after reinstalling Windows, this problem went away, and after a couple of days it appeared.
I take aim and start shooting, and the sight itself goes out of aiming mode into hip-fire mode.
And with sniper rifles, when you turn on the sight, it can be turned on / off several times and it is impossible to aim.
