Magic bug (Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition)

The game is quite interesting and deep, but there is a very interesting bug. Can you please tell me who ever had a bug in which your character loses most of the interactivity with something? More specifically, you cannot pick up things, talk to NPCs and go to other locations and the devil knows how much more. This is a rather critical problem because of which it becomes simply impossible to play. I broke my head trying to fix it somehow, but I did not find such problems and their solutions on the Internet. Has anyone come across this or am I the only one "special"? By the way, I used many attempts to solve this problem. Starting with reinstalling the game and ending with the usual restart of the computer / game - everything is even.
