Artefact and slow PC

Good day! Faced such here a problem: after playing vermitid 2 or varfeys begins to slow down the computer, and some Windows flicker and artefact. Ran the CPU and none through Hades, the problem is not revealed.

Can't a computer just so slow, look in task Manager which processes are loading the system. Perhaps after the release of the game is left to run some hidden application: from infection kind of a miner and ending with some sort of nonsense from the Mail (which was downloaded along with the Varfeys). Is the OS installed on it: SSD or HDD? It is possible to remove video with flickering Windows and then switch to the task Manager / resource monitor?

I revealed the process, it is explorer.exe
It loads the CPU by 30-100%

Explorer is Windows Explorer (native Windows process) and, if some sort of infection doesn't use it to disguise their activities, I repeat the question:

If there is 10 on HDD is not disabled telemetry and other working buns type Superfetch (which is good better to turn off), it is better to communicate with users 10 key (in this case not the assistant put her on a trial). But if some other OS (especially 7s) - write, we will try to understand that the way the system ships.

It is good that he understood. We computers are similar in terms of CPU, RAM and system on the SSD (in profile), and I have nothing like this. Unplug everything unnecessary (not need me) service, file indexing and search system (if not in use). And check startup: to have the program only needs you when you start the computer, and not any nonsense, rusamaza in RAM when starting the OS.
