save and multiplayer (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

game license in yuley. played the game two years ago. completely passed and successfully deleted it. now downloaded it in a new way and it turned out that there are no old saves. they suggest starting a new game. why and where did the old save go? now the question about multiplayer. turn it on - for a few seconds a black window appears and that's it. the game is completely minimized. maybe there is no cartoon at all? or something else? please tell me.
