Texture issues (Mass Effect 2)

Here's the deal. I reinstalled the game (pirate, the same repack that was before the reinstallation) and such a bacchanalia happened. Reinstalled PhyX Legacy as advised on the EA forum, but it didn't help.
For an approximate comparison, I attached screenshots with how it was before the reinstallation of the game (2 screens) and how it became after (1 and 3 screens). No mods worth it, pure dlc game. Repack from mechanics. DirectX updated
What is the problem and how to solve it
