The character jerks when moving ... (Fallout 4)

I faced such a problem: when moving (running / walking), the character moves several meters, freezes in one place and begins to twitch, as if something interferes with him. When switching to acceleration, the problem disappears, but as soon as you switch to normal movement mode, it again stands in one place and twitches. What could be the problem ?
FPS does not sag, the problem is clearly in the animation. The last patch, downloaded from the torrent, tried all possible repacks, the problem is the same.
