Invalid Keyboard Button Action (Genshin Impact)

Periodically, when I press any key (forward, sprint, etc.), the "c" button is automatically used and the characters menu opens. When I try to reassign a key in the control settings, pressing any button activates the "c" button. How can you fix this?
