Freezes in Overwatch (Overwatch)

In short, after updating the NVidia video driver (version 461.72), freezes appeared in the game. As I enter the game, microfreezes are already starting, and in the game in fights, there are freezes for 2-3 seconds. I think because of the driver update, because before it was not so at all. I tried to play full low, it did not help. I tried to roll back the driver, it does not work. Help who knows
