Problems with physics, textures, lighting. (Metro: Last Light)

Hello everyone, I have been a fan of this game for a very long time. I will not hide, the first time I went through a pirate (I was then 11 years old, and they did not give money ... do not judge strictly, I was stupid), later I went through ... then again.

Two years ago there was a sale on steam, then I realized that this game definitely deserves to be in my library, I bought 3 parts at once and all DLC. A year ago I assembled a pc: ryzen 2600x (overclocked to 4.05), 16 GB RAM (overclocked to 3200), 1060 by 3 GB, ssd from wd blue 500 gb. I rummage in the hardware, so I assembled the PC with my own hands. Monique aoc on wa 144hz full hd, dp connection. Windows 10 off. site, then aact, all firewood is updated, on the map the latest nvidia, I play full max.

So, I endured exactly a year, tormented, imagined how I would again get into the world of this game, and even on a new PC ... but something went wrong (

I have a couple of problems:
1) In the first and second parts of the metro (metro 2033 redux, metro last light redux) I see flickering textures: as if they shine through and you can see what is behind the object, sometimes characters and NPCs flicker. I tried to do a lot: reset overclocking from the processor, ozu, reinstalled Windows, swapped the RAM in places, rummaged in the nvidia settings ... noticed that the flicker is less (more precisely, not so often) if you turn off the game mode in Windows 10. Flickers mainly in places, where there is lighting (such as a fire, lamp, candle). That is, I think that this is due to some kind of lighting bug, although this was not on the old 550ti + fx4 *** pc, but then I was playing on medium ones.
2) Sometimes NPCs move strangely, as if in jerks. It feels like something with physics. PhysX is turned on for me, I tried to turn it off ... the same thing. In metro 2033 redux, there was a moment when the bandits found me on Sukharevskaya, one person very, very quickly moved 10 meters to the left, and even turned a couple of times. It really feels like the animations of movement are buggy. Or the NPC is walking and his legs are jerking.
3) On max on my new assembly, it gives out 80-130 fps, on monica I put 120 Hz. SSAA is disabled. Perhaps it seems to me, but there is no smoothness. The feeling that I have 40-50 fps, as if the frames are not enough, the feeling of a slideshow. But maybe it seems to me ... there are frame time peaks and sometimes frame delay is felt (like a stator), but this is when there are a lot of people in the frame, so I think that everything is normal.

All these problems are observed at any graphics settings, whether at low or at maximum speeds.
Okay, there is no smoothness, you can get used to it, but the flickering of surfaces and animation bugs are very annoying and interfere with the immersion. By the way, there are noticeably less flickers in LL, but still you can often see them ... I didn't think that all this would be in the steam version (update 5) ...

Thank you all who read all this ... I hope someone will help !!!
