savepoints do not appear (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

it's all on the mobile version. after the mission with Caesar where I need to photograph the rider and others, my save points disappeared. they are displayed on the map. I tried to re-enter the game but it didn't help. what the hell? should I replay it all? Or can I fix it somehow?
