Lags (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone! Faced such a problem: Fallout 4 started to hang terribly, fps does not rise above 30. Before that I played at maximum settings and it was 70-75 fps. I have 1060 6gb and i5-9400f. Help pliz if you faced this problem or know the solution.
ps in other games everything is fine, for example far cry 5 and gta 5
