Oh, I remember this place. In general, where the broken wall is, there are many boxes. There are 10 of them, I think. You activate the button that removes the red protective barrier, and you start throwing boxes there. Just aim higher and the boxes will fly. Personally, I didn't succeed on the first try, since the boxes ran out. Then I left there, came back, the boxes spawned again. And on the second try I managed to hit the target.
