Where are the 3D models of this location? (Mafia 2)

Good day!
I have planned to migrate the mafia2 map, to unity3D.
And now I decided to start from this area, the question is, in which file is this 3D model located?

Tried searching with ModelViewer but couldn't find, and there are many files, who can help?

only the middle, bottom and top of the map remains, there is no location, either ignore it, or reconstruct it.

I tried it through the SDS Tool GUI, but it somehow does not create a file with the .mafia extension, which is required for zmodeller ..
