Squares and streaks on video

I don't know what to do, I just rummaged through everything I can and don't understand what it is.

In short, about a month ago, I noticed how squares similar to pixels appear on the video in the background, then it looks like smudges, and this is very noticeable on all vidos, even in 4k.

I thought it was a codec, but there are no rules, the firewood is the freshest (1650S and 5 3600), the monitor connected to another computer is working properly. Honestly, I don't know what to do?
