Armor from Hyun Gaidt (Bug) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
After you load the save, they simply disappear from the inventory, even if you put them on Geralt, he remains naked, someone else had a similar bug.

Outwardly - yes, but provided that both armor is of the same level, the red stat is slightly better.
